Connection instructions for Windows Vista

Here are full instructions for setting up a Myinternetpass Dial-Up Connection on your Windows Vista based computer and how to configure your modem settings.

1. Click on the 'Start Menu', then choose 'Connect To' on the right hand side.

2. In the new window that appears, select 'Set up a connection or network.

3. Choose the 'Set up a dial-up connection' option, click 'Next'.

4. At this screen, you will see information that needs to be filled in. All these details can be found with your Myinternetpass card.

In the 'Dial-up phone number' box, enter the freephone access number beginning 0808…

5. In the 'Username' box, enter your username on the card.

In the 'Password' box, enter your password on the card.

Ensure your username and password are entered case sensitively i.e. input capital letters where applicable.

6. Once all the details have been filled in, press connect. Vista is now set up for dial-up.
